Ocean Heights is just a 2-minute walk to the beach and village and has 2 fabulous private terraces from which you can enjoy uninterrupted spectacular views over Woolacombe Bay taking in Potters Hill and the surrounding countryside and is just a stone’s throw from the beaches, bars and cafes of Woolacombe.

Downstairs features a recently refurbished, modern open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with patio door onto the terrace. Huge floor to ceiling windows frame the spectacular ocean view. A patio door leads out onto the paved terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and access down to the beach.

Upstairs the master bedroom, with king sized bed and full width patio doors, opens onto a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers and spectacular views of the beach.

The second bedroom sleeps a further two guests in twin beds. The recently fitted family bathroom features a jacuzzi bath and full height shower.

Woolacombe Beach is regularly voted ‘Best Beach in the UK’ and with its 3 miles of golden sand and award winning water quality it’s perfect for families of all ages. Add in the year-round surf and excellent walking opportunities along the coastal path and it really does have something for everyone.

Looking for more? Why not visit the aquarium in Ilfracombe, take a day trip to Lundy Island or go trekking on horseback through the dunes.
